Imaging biomarker for clinical trials

JDX provides the following validated imaging biomarkers.

MRI based biomarkers:

• Total volume of gray matter, white matter and liquor
• Gray matter volume for frontal, parietal, temporal, and occipital lobe (for the left and right hemisphere)
• Gray matter volume for hippocampus, amygdala, putamen, caudate nucleus, and insula (for left and right hemisphere)
• Volume of liquor for lateral ventricles and third ventricle
• Voxelbased statistical testing to compare gray matter maps of a single subject against normal controls (single subject VBM)

PET based biomarkers:

• Voxelbased statistical testing to compare maps of metabolism of a single subject against normal controls
